Rainy GUO, Investment Associate

 Rainy Guo is an Investment Associate at GEX Capital, where she is responsible for conducting transaction analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for prospective investments.

Prior to GEX Capital, Rainy served as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citigroup, specializing in healthcare transactions. She has led extensive milestone deals at Citigroup, including cross-border M&As, leading healthcare company Spin-Off, top tier industry players IPOs, Private Placements, Bond Issuances, and Refinancings.

Rainy has a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, and she is a CPA Candidate.

Outside of work, Rainy enjoys traveling around the world, hiking, reading, and enjoying good food.
