Garyn Davis, Investment Associate

 Garyn is an Investment Associate at GEX Capital, where he evaluates investments through comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and business analysis.

He began his career in credit risk management, gaining experience across industries including healthcare, automotive, and energy. At UBS, Garyn worked closely with senior leadership to assess complex financings, enhance portfolio risk frameworks, and deliver insights that informed capital allocation decisions. Most recently, he served as a Summer Associate at Nuveen Real Estate, where he supported asset management initiatives across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio and collaborated with property managers, leasing teams, and executives to drive operational and financial performance.

Garyn holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he focused on corporate law and deal structuring.

Outside of work, he enjoys mentorship, community engagement, and exploring the intersection of sports, media, and investing.
